William Patrick Bronsky 1931 - 2015.
Born in Viewpark rows to mother Bridget Bronsky and father Matthew Bronsky Bill lived all his life in the area.
He completed his national service and was a tank driver in the British Army.
Qualified as a motor engineer and worked for many years with the Caterpillar Tractor Co as an engineering inspector on the night shift building the D8 Tractor line.
Met his wife Nora from Lanark, they were happily married for 50 plus years.
Bill was one of the first people to operate a Taxi business in the Viewpark / Uddingston area.
He went on to run his own mini bus business and operated a car repair garage in Bellshill for many years.
Bills passion in retirement was for the renovation of classic cars.
He was a Snr member of the Jowet Javlin Club and a member of the MGB club.
Up until a few years ago he worked on his 1973 MGB GT and was in the midst of restoring a 1941 Jowet Javlin.
Sadly missed by all who new him.
